Pre-Employment Assessment for Technicians
Take Some of the Guesswork out of Hiring and Developing Technicians

It is also useful in appraising the technical training needs of your current technicians. 
 
A proven, valuable tool used by many AED member dealers when evaluating a pre-hire or new hire, this online assessment utilizes 90 questions developed by heavy equipment industry technical experts. The questions were selected by service managers from dealer member companies to assess a candidate's level of knowledge in Basic Mechanical, Mobile Hydraulics and Mobile Electrical prior to or following employment.
