Update 2012 Annual Fund Campaign for Workforce Development

The Best Investment Opportunity for Your Future

Dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers in the construction equipment industry have continued to invest in the Foundation's workforce development initiative through the 2012 Annual Fund Campaign despite their hardships, realizing their very survival may depend upon it. Are you a part of this group?

The Foundation is working to turn around the trend of technician depletion by building a network of AED Accredited and AED Alliance colleges. As a result, these institutions are graduating hundreds of highly qualified technicians annually, feeding in to dealer organizations around the U.S. We will help equipment distributors win their fight for survival and success by ensuring the availability of next-generation technicians who have been trained to high AED technical standards based on the Standards for Construction Equipment Technology. These standards have been developed over the years by committees of industry experts and instructors from the best of the best post-secondary technical programs.

Just one catch to this – this work continues and thrives only as industry shareholders support it. The Foundation's goal for the 2012 campaign is $270,000. As of Jan. 23, 2012, $214,200 has been donated by 101 investors.
