AEDNews - Construction Equipment Industry News Atlas Copco Acquires Compressor Distributor in Louisiana Atlas Copco Compressors LLC, USA, has purchased the compressor division of Premier Equipment Corporation, Inc. Premier Equipment has been a successful Atlas Copco compressor distributor for many years, serving the state of Louisiana. “The acquisition brings us closer to our customers in the region, letting us build on the strong base that Premier Equipment has developed in key segments,” says Stephan Kuhn, business area president, Atlas Copco Compressor Technique. The compressor division of Premier Equipment Corporation, Inc. will be incorporated into the Southern Region of Atlas Copco Compressors in the Premier Equipment, based in Twelve employees will join Atlas Copco from Premier Equipment as a result of the acquisition. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Atlas Copco may be required to disclose the information provided herein pursuant to the Securities Markets Act.
