Tectura/XAPT "Go Live" with Microsoft ERP-based Business Solution for Heavy Equipment Distributors

XAPT/Tectura have announced the successful launch of the Microsoft ERP-based business solution for heavy equipment distributors at Kelly Tractor and Pantropic Power Inc. These two Caterpillar dealerships have taken bold steps to implement a comprehensive solution which integrates, in real-time, all areas of their business including Sales, Service, Rentals, CRM, Parts, Finance and Power Systems. This go-live stands out as one of the first implementations in the industry to achieve a cutover to a fully integrated, end-to-end business platform on a consistent technology which reduces complexity and improves performance.

Over the past 15 months, XAPT/Tectura have worked with Kelly Tractor and Pantropic Power to enhance XAPTs’ global version of the heavy equipment solution so that it meets all North American regulatory requirements and fully satisfies a wide range of common industry business standards. With over 80 real-time interfaces, the solution works seamlessly with a variety of manufacturer/vendor systems supporting critical equipment distribution/support requirements including supply chain management, warranty, maintenance plans, telematics and service processing.
