Dealer Information Systems Corporation Announces Asset Acquisition of Edgerton Corporation and Minitrac System
Dealer Information Systems Corporation (DIS Corporation) recently announced it has acquired substantially the assets of equipment dealership software firm Edgerton Corporation. The acquisition includes the software and support rights for Minitrac software for all of North America.

DIS has demonstrated our long-term commitment to supporting the products of the companies we acquire. We are known for our quality customer service and will continue to support these products with the expert staff formally employed by Edgerton.”
DIS is the largest supplier of business systems to the equipment dealer industry with over 2,300 dealership locations.This acquisition will add 100 customers in the field of material handling. The acquisition was completed Sept. 30, 2011. Financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
