RPM Machinery Acquires MacDonald Machinery Co.

MacDonald Machinery Co., headquartered in Ft. Wayne, Ind., announced it has been acquired by Indiana-based RPM Machinery. According to InsideIndianaBusiness.com, RPM Machinery LLC, is a new company focused on acquiring industrial-equipment dealerships in agricultural and construction markets. It will be headquartered in Indianapolis. MacDonald Machinery, in business since 1965, had locations in Indianpolis, Ft. Worth, South Bend, and Lafayette, Ind.

According to the article, the MacDonald Machinery name will remain with the newly purchased operations and all locations are expected to remain open.
