Gary Anderson, manager of the new Facility, will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing and operations. The new facility is centrally located in the Eastern half of the United States and will allow Helac to respond quickly to customers needs and reduce both manufacturing lead time and transit time to the customers. The new Eastern facility is a full-service manufacturing facility for Helac’s PowerTilt construction equipment attachments. The facility will also provide parts, service and warranty repairs, technical support and product customization of Helac attachments. “We have partnered with a leading manufacturer in Northeast Tennessee that has invested heavily in new state of the art CNC machining equipment which will enable Helac to more effectively serve customers East of the Mississippi,” stated Anderson.
