Online Dealer Technician Technical Assessments
AED Foundation Technical Assessments provide AED Dealers with a measurement tool to evaluate technicians' knowledge of diesel/equipment technology. Each test-taker receives an overall score, as well as individual scores in the areas of: Electric/Electronics, Hydraulics/Hydrostatics, A/C and Heating, Diesel Engines, Power Trains, and Safety/Admin. Available in English and Spanish, they can be used as both a pre-hire test, or to help determine additional technical training needed for current employees. The assessments system was developed with dealers' convenience in mind. Each company is assigned their own password protected online admin area; order, delivery and results reporting are completely automated. To provide additional context for evaluation of assessment scores, the system offers benchmarking capabilities where individual company results can be compared with the collective results of other assessments users. Assessments are priced at $50.00 per test for AED Members and $150.00 per test for Non-Members.
