About the Presenter:
Rich Jilek is a veteran of the construction machinery and mining industry. His career spans 35 years with experience in both manufacturing and distribution. Focusing the majority of that time in parts support, customer support, communications and marketing, Rich was instrumental in the development of key, worldwide, customer-focused initiatives. Some of these include: Customer Satisfaction Processes, Dealer Development Evaluations, Component Remanufacturing Programs, Unit Life Cycle Analysis, and Lifetime Customer Value Models.
