AED publishes several reports that dealers find useful in benchmarking your businesses against others like you in the industry and provides guidance on best practices. Technical Assessments

If you are looking to hire a diesel technician or need an unbiased assessment of the skills of someone already on staff, the AED Technical Assessment is a 160 question test that will evaluate their knowledge across six subject areas, including diesel engines, powertrains, electronics, A/C & heating, hydraulics, and safety.

Continuing Education

AED’s continuing education offerings include a wide variety of seminars, webinars and web-based self-study addressing all dealership roles and departments’ needs, including executives, finance, human resources, parts, service, rental, sales, and branch management.
