Attendees will learn about the current Canadian political climate and review key talking points for meetings happening the following day. Schedules and pertinent information will be distributed.

AED members will engage with Members of Parliament, Senators, and political staffers in a less formal setting. Beverages and canapes will be provided.

AED members will meet with Members of Parliament, Senators, public servants, and political staffers to discuss AED priorities for 2022 and advocate for the industry’s policy agenda.

Lunch will be provided for AED members to stop-in between meetings.

This panel will examine the current skilled trades shortages and solutions to address it.

This panel will explore ways that Canada can continue to develop its energy resources in a sustainable way.

AED members will have the opportunity to have a roundtable discussion with a leading parliamentarian.

Following a full day of meetings and panels, AED members will have the opportunity to debrief on what went well and next steps for the association.

AED Cancellation Policy:
In order to be flexible with AED members in these uncertain times, AED is currently extending it’s cancellation policy due to the ongoing public health crisis. Although subject to change, if you need to cancel a registration for an event, you may request a refund from AED for your registration up until 7 days before the event. As always, you will be refunded at any time if cancellations arise due to health related complications or increased travel restrictions. The Association will continue to evaluate this on an ongoing basis.
